Llangollen, Wales UK, 2005
10 Jeeps with there drivers and co-pilots joined for a weekend Greenlaning
in Wales. We were very fortunate with the weather, had had been pouring
down the days before, but we had a weekend with bright sunny weather.
Mister " No Stress" was waiting for everybody at the Chunnel
and everybody made his way to Llangollen / Corwen were we had a very nice
english landhouse style hotel. Dinner and the planning for the next days.
The first passage were very nice and slippery rocksteps.
This
promised for the rest of the trip, but this was more or less the most
challenging, next to the watercrossing the next day. A real Kodak moment.

The first day we also spend some time on a later seemed very muddy terrain. The first hill did not look so bad and I broke the rule of not having a look on the other side first. So with much enthousiam climbed the hill:
made it finally to the top and could only go down on the other site to find a nice and pretty muddy path, with a serious mudlake in the middle, with the following result:

Overall
a very nice experience, good hotel, as ever a cheerfull Mr "No Stress"
and ofcourse his wife.
A few new faces on this trip , some of them off-roading for the first
time, but I'am sure we will see each other at other JEEP or 4x4 events.
And ofcourse thanks to the camera woman: Viv
